picking up ticket a kiosk question

About 3 months ago I ordered my Universal tickets online and it says to bring conformation letter and credit card we used. Last week I lost my credit card and was issued a new one with different numbers. What do I do now? Does it just scan your name or your account number you used to purchase the tickets. Should I just go to guest services and will they give me a hard time?

Just bring your confirmation number and a picture ID to Guest services window at either park and they will print out your tickets.

I just got back and had purchased a annual pass online the same way. When I went to the electronic ticketing machines, all I had to type in was my confirmation number. It never did ask for my credit card.

Electronic ticketing machines seemed to work very well, we flew right thru them.

We purchased PAPs online with a CC right before a stores records were hacked and our numbers stolen (it was either BJ's or Costcos). We had to change all our accounts.
We had no problem gettting our PAPs.

the computer kiosk. If you ordered PAP's, once you enter the park, you will go to guest services to have your PAP id made.

Vacation Services. No cameras in Guest services.

PAP=Preferred Annual Pass But even the Power Passes require a photo.

If you have your confirmation number you can still get it from the kiosk but if you have any problems, you can still pick up your ticket orders at the Guest services window.

What is that and where do you find it? Ordered tickets and they said I get them at the gate?

Charleyann,

There are electronic kiosks, or electronic ticketing computers at the front of the park. When you go to IOA, there will be two ticket buildings where you can purchase your park passes. Right between those is the somewhat round electronic ticketing booths.

If you walk straight into IOA, coming from Jimmy Buffets, you will walk straight into the kiosk, very easy to use.
