Picking up prepaid tickets

My dad got his ticket through his Citicard, and I’m wondering about picking it up at the park. It just says he needs a credit card with his exact name, but didn’t seem like it has to be the card he used to purchase. He has a couple Citicards and used points for the purchase of the ticket, so I’m not even sure what card it would be. Has anyone else done this? Can you use any card with your name?

I'd say bring all the cards if he doesn't know which one. It has to be the card that you used for payment. It's not only a rule I've seen more than once on the Universal website, but know from personal experience.

Anyone can speak up if they ever had an exception.
