I'm a little concerned and am hoping you guys could ease my mind. Last week I ordered 2 annual passes using the bealls code. Universal was having trouble with their site and I didn't receive my email confirmation. I called and received the web id for the transaction. When I requested that they resend the confirmation I was told that they were unable to do so.
Anyone been my shoes and didn't have trouble picking up their passes? Is the process still the same for picking up? If anyone could help I'd appreciate it. I hate showing up without my confirmation because I know that sometimes things do go wrong and I won't have any "backup" information at all!
