Picking up new Kitten Today

I'm picking up my DS new kitten today.
He doesn't even know he's getting it yet.
Has been asking for 1 for 1 1/2 yr. knows I have been in touch with a breeder.
I have shown him pictures of different litters all have been boys or black.
He wanted a girl.
So finally a litter came alone 5 girls.
I showed the picture to him.
I asked with 1 do you like telling him they are all boys, again.
He picked out a blue.
She was born 8/2/5.
She is a Devon Rex.
Here is a picture of her when she 1st opened her eyes.
Also a picture of her @ Halloween time.
Can't wait to surprise him.
Going to be a early Christmas present.

Awww! That is a wonderful surprise If I can make 1 suggestion, it would be that you get pet health insurance for her TODAY. Believe me, I wish that I had done this when our boy kitty was a kitten. He had major surgery 3 weeks ago, and it was $$$. If we had covered him as a kitten (before he had the preexisting condition), then the surgery would have been 70% covered. We used www.vpi.com to cover our 2nd kitten. OK, off my soapbox

Hi all,
We are home with Boo.
My DS is tickled with joy.
He wants to play with her.
She is scared now.
Hiding under his bed.
He understands she needs some time to adjust.
I'll up-date with pictures after so comes out.
