I apologize. Been going through a lot of things right now and husband surprised me with suggesting a trip to Disney World for Memorial Day. He did this May 19th so a bit freaked out. I was able to get annual passes and FastPasses and all that (in one day!) and got them all connected (in the same day!). However, here's the thing I have never done so need help with. I have always have my tickets in hand before I reached Disney World. That is not possible this time. We had a house fire and will be able to move back in maybe around the end of September but we are living in a rental house now. I wanted the annual passes to have the same address associated with them as our real house. That was easy. But I agreed with the Cast Member that since it would involve sending any information to another address and the time was short, that we should pick up the passes from will call. All that is fine.

So, the big question is - where at Epcot's front entrance would I go to get to will call to pick up the passes? I have never done this is over 60 trips so I am clueless and feel like a fish out of water even though I have everything set up.

Thanks all.

Epcot has tons of ticket booths directly in front of the main touch points. You can't miss us. Bring photo ID for each adult, proof of FL residency if applicable, and either a confirmation number or the "e-certificates" with Goofy on them (digital copies on a phone are fine) if you were emailed those.

There's no specific Will Call location anymore. You can pick up your passes at any theme park ticket booth or any Guest Relations location, including DS.

Thanks! I was thinking there was a specific will call location but glad to see it's the ticket area so we can go anywhere for that. We won't be arriving until early afternoon so hopefully lines will be low.
