Picking up Hoop De Doo Tickets

We have reservations for hoop de doo in Dec and have never been. I don't really understand the picking up of tickets. When are we able to do this? If we pick them up earlier in the week will we have a better table or is the table assigned at the time we reserved our seats? We are staying CL at the Wilderness lodge and didn't know if concierge could get our tickets for us.

You can pick your tickets up at the concierge desk at your resort any time after you've checked in I believe. The concierge should be able to get them for you. If you forget to ask for them, there is a ticket window at Pioneer Hall so you can easily get your tickets there as well.

This does not affect your table assignment in any way. Table assignments are based on when you booked your ADR.

We picked up our tickets right at Pioneer Hall last night and only made reservations last week. Had a great table.

We picked up our tickets at concierge for both HDDR & MBYBBQ when we checked in. We requested Cat 3 for HDDR but somehow wound up Cat 1
