Picking one TS

We will not have the DDP in September and I'm not so sure about fighting the crowds with free DDP but if I do decide to go for one TS while on our vacation, which do you think is the best TS in WDW and why?

I think at this point, it may be a case of what you can get. I'm going in Sept also (Sept 8-16), and called to get a bunch of my ADR's switched. Ultimately, I did get what I wanted but had to compromise:

We wanted Crystal Palace for dinner, but the three nights I checked it was all booked. We got it for lunch instead, and there were several openings yet.

We wanted Cinderella Gala Feast for dinner. All booked for two nights; I did get it one night at an early seating (4:30 I think) BUT for two tables--that's all they had.

We also got the Supercali breakfast at GF, at 10:30. That was the only time left.

Also got the Little Einsteins Play N Dine breakfast. That one had lots of times left.

So, if I were you I would call ASAP and just see what they have left at the times you want to eat.
