I get tostart picking my FP's tomorrow and am lost already.

I have been to WDW 6 times, and a starting to feel overwhelmed by the new FP system.
I though there was a sticky on this but don't seem to see it...

Any tips or BIG pieces of advice I need to know before tomorrow?

:confused3

Not a Sticky. But, a major thread.

Many details and FP+ priorities found HERE.

Hi I picked my fp+ yesterday and found it to be a little overwheming. However in the end I got the times that I wanted. There were a few attractions in each park that were important for me to get and a certain time. While others were not as important. Once you select an option you can go in and play with the times to get better ones. Here is the thing if you want a specific ride at a specific time of the day, you have to change the other 2 first.

For example: I wanted soarin for a specific time in the afternoon. I didn't have a lot of options for Soarin, with my other 2 (Journey and Mission Space) in the afternoon. So I moved them to the morning, ( Journey and Mission Space). Once I did that I had almost any time I wanted in the afternoon for Soarin. I did this for 3 days. Then I went back and added the next important one to follow in the afternoon and so forth.

I understand this could have been a coincidence that it worked for me. It took me over an hour and a half with playing with choices to get what I wanted. I am on a more tight schedule so if you are flexible it won't take long at all.

Good luck.:)

Agree with Bobbie, by the way, if you want A&E, do it FIRST, and if you are going to MK on multiple days, do it on all days because plans change and sometimes the day you plan just doesn't work out.

All other fast passes are there, we are 29 days out and everything is still available, so there is no stress there. I have changed mine multiple times already

Like the above poster said, pick the one you want first, don't change it, then you can change the others, but you may have to put them out a few hours, and then change them one at a time to get the exact time you want.

I learned that the hard way, when trying to change times, just takes a little practice. Don't let the stress of thinking something will be gone, when in reality it isn't.
