Picking a date -Crowd Levels- please help

Hi All,

We are trying to pick a date for this year. Our Available weeks are the last full week in April (23rd - 29th), and the week prior to Memorial Day in May(21st-29th).
We are looking for information on crowd levels during these two weeks. Any information would be great!
The crowds we are used to are in mid-May. We have been there during mid-April once when the spring breakers were there and the lines were miserable. We are hoping to get crowd levels around what we are used to.

Hi! Can't help with the April dates, but we experienced the same dates last May. We arrived the Wednesday before Mem. Day...we found the parks more crowded that the first week of May, but not crazy. Plus the parks were open much later and we enjoyed a mid-day break. We skipped the parks completely on the Sunday - went to Downtown Disney, swam, etc. We did BB on Mem. Day and got there at opening - it was very busy by the time we left around 3, but the morning wasn't too busy at all. Tuesday we park-hopped alot to get in final rides on favorites...again not insanely busy, but busier than the previous week. We did have plenty of meals lined up - I know they're not PS's anymore, but forget the name! We would choose to go at this time again! Good luck with your planning!

We were there last year the entire week before Mem. Day. We didn't have any crowd problems. We would get up early to be at the park at opening, left at some point after lunch, went back to the resort for a swim or nap, and would go back for dinner and a little evening touring. It was not a problem for us. We did have ADRs for our meals which made it very easy for us to get at our favorite restaurants. The crowd level did increase as the week came to an end. Also, I think FL schools let out for summer vacation during that week. I think I read that they are dismissing again around that time. You may want to hear from someone from FL on that issue.

We're going April 23-29, and the reason we picked that week was because I read in numerous sources that the crowds were better than the month of May, when I was going to go. But in the past I've only been there in November, July, and at Christmas, so I'm just going on research and hoping!
