?pick up time from Hyatt Airport

Hi

My first dinsey cruise is this coming May and I am debating whether to take the Disney Motor coach from the hotel to the port or rent a limo.

My major concern is getting to the port early.

Does anyone know what the pick up time is for Hyatt Regency at the Airport?

That should give me an idea of what time we would arrive at port.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. You need to get to the Airport if you are using the DCL busses. There will be CMs there awaiting you and directing you where to go. If you are staying at the Hyatt MCO right in the airport, just leave your bags outside your door and head on downstairs to find the area to board the busses. If you are trying to find out when to get back to the airport, I believe the first bus leaves around 10:00 a.m. or so. You would want to be there in plenty of time to get on the first bus, so I would say 9:00 is safe. The ride is about 1 hour so you would arrive about 11:00. The terminal doesn’t open up much before 10:30 to start to let guests check-in and such.

Sorry though that my question was not clear.

I would like to know what time the motor coach comes to pick you up from the hyatt airport hotel to take you to Port Canavral.

P.S I have been checking out the other boards !! Picked up some great hints so far.. Thanks everyone !

In January 2004, my family arrived the day before and stayed in the Hyatt. We used a car service and had a pick up of 9:30am. We were downstairs in the Hyatt valet lobby area (don't remember the actual location) about 10 minutes early. When we got to the port, very few people were there and we were the 4th family in line. As the line grew and grew and grew, my family thanked me for setting it up so we got there before everyone crowded in. We took turns, two at a time, waiting in line while the other 7 went off and explored. To us, this was THE best way to do it! HTH!
