Pick up car at Disney

I have reserved a car to pick up at WDW at 5pm on Thanksgiving eve. How do I do it? I will probably be at a park before that. Can they pick me up there, or do I need to be at a hotel?

Any information would be great.

I'm not sure whether they will service the parks with their shuttle or not. Call them and ask.
