Pick up at NYC port question...

Hi,

Does anyone know if a private car service company can pick you up at port so you don't have to cross the busy street to get to the car? I have mobility issues and I'm not that quick. I'm a little worried about crossing the busy street. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The last time we cruised out of New York, the pickup and drop off were right at the port. We didn't cross the street.
