Does anyone know if it is possible to pick up an annual pass for the first time and activate at Volcano Bay?
I am arriving mid-day and staying at Cabana Bay, planning to have pre-ordered a 3 park premier annual pass online. As it's likely to be hot and I have express after 4:00 at non-water parks, I'd like to go to VB, then Islands/Studios later. However, will I have to go to CityWalk first to pick up the AP? I have read you can't pick up at the hotels but I haven't seen a statement on picking up at VB or not. It also doesn't seem I can park for free at CityWalk to run in and get the AP before going to Cabana Bay as they seem to charge for the parking until you have the AP.
