Pick three Disney songs for your iPod (based on an email show question)

I'm Still Here - Treasure Planet
Out There - Hunchback of Notre Dame
Colors of the Wind - Pocohantas (Judy Kuhn version)

Jon

Everybody wants to be a cat - the Aristocats
God Help the Outcasts - Hunchback
Colors of the Wind - Pocahontas

theme park

Soarin
Listen to the Land
We've Just Begun to Dream - Epcot

So much to choose from!
1)Under the Sea
2) Be Our Guest
3) I Wanna be Like You

Honorable Mention:
When I see an elephant fly
Kiss the Girl
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (not Disney, but representive of the best of the Sherman bros)

Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah - Song of the South (I know they wont but I wish Disney would re-release this movie, as it was my fav as a child..thankfully I have a copy of the laser disk release) :)

I Want To Be Like You - Jungle Book

Portabello Road - Bedknobs and Broomsticks

"1990's Theme" from Tron, Journey
Not in Nottingham - Robin Hood

Kudos to these. The Robin Hood music is quite underrated.

This is an impossible question. It reminds me of the John Cusack film High Fidelity:

"What's your top five songs of all time?"
"To make out with? To hear in a club?..."

Is this list about songs that get you excited? Get you emotional? It's a different meaning for everyone. For me, it's the 3 songs of the moment. Ask me tomorrow, you'd get a different collection. (And I won't include theme park music - that's just too difficult for me.)

"On My Way" - Brother Bear

While some deride this film, I find it underrated - especially the music. "Welcome" is fun, and Tina Turner's "Great Spirits" is notable. But "On My Way" happens to be a real fun song, and it has become my family's official traveling song.

"A Man Has Dreams (The Life I Lead)" - Mary Poppins

This was such an emotional turning point in the film. It seems to always strike a chord inside me.

"Down To Earth" - Wall-E

This should have won the Oscar for Best Song.

Honorable mention: "I Thought I Lost You" - Bolt.

Not a Miley fan, but the song is fun. And my daughter knows the song like the back of her hand and has no qualms about singing this aloud in public.

I listen to Disney music pretty often...I don't know how I can pick just three.
I know the first two for sure though.

1. Circle of Life - Lion King

2. Be Our Guest - Beauty & the Beast

after that, I can't choose between..........

When you Wish Upon a Star
Under the Sea
Hakuna Matata
A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes
Kiss the Girl
Supercalifragilisticexpealidocioius.

I think I will go with Hakuna Matata...no one else has said it yet.
