Picasa 3.6 photo editing s/w

Hi has anyone used this s/w to alter their pics?Any success with it,is it easy to use, and safe? It is a free s/w thru google Thanks

I've played around with it a few times, usually to fix red-eye. It is affiliated with gmail if I remember right. I can upload photos to my gmail account and people on my friends list can see them.

My son loves Gimp. It is open source also.

I use Picasa with my photos all the time. I like how they turn out, especially for being a free program that came with my computer.

I've been using Picasa for a couple of years for just quick and easy photo editing. It's a great *FREE* software and is by Google.

I just downloaded this software! Thanks! This looks great and so much better than the old verson of photo explosion I have on my PC that won't even load anymore Can't wait to play around with it!

I use picasa all the time and I am very happy with it. I have used it to crop photos and do minor editing and it worked well. I also used it to print pics and create web albums. I think it is a great choice

use picasa all the time and I am very happy with it. I have used it to crop photos and do minor editing and it worked well.

same here.. hubby turned me on to it after I saw how great the pictures turned out after he zoomed in and cropped them. awesome.. we get compliments all the time on our photos that he resizes,take the red eye out, etc from Picasa.. we keep pics for us through their site but will upload them to snapfish, etc to show others and than I will upload to costco.com to order from..

I use www.picnik.com most of the time. It's free and so easy to use (and has some great embellishment tools too!)
