Pic into my profile

[Horizons16]

I have a picture i want to put into my profile its a bitmap and is 1.19 mb large. i have 2 questions

1.) Is that the wrong type of file and is it too big and

2.) I am very bad at HTML and i need help on getting it into my profile.


Does anyone want to help a poor lost boy?? LOL
