Physical ticket question

We have a cruise booked in July. If that gets canceled WDW is our backup, hoping that's not closed.

I can buy physical tickets from undercovertourist and they ARE refundable. If I buy them and they mail them to me, can I connect them to my disney plans so we can book fast passes, or can I only do that with electronic tickets?

You would use the ticket number located on the back of the ticket to link it.
