PHP's and DC discount

If I purchase my PHP's at the Disney online site and click the "will call" option will I be able to get my DC discount when I pick up the tickets at guest relations? On Mary's site it says that DC discount can not be given at the gate but I thought I read a post on this site that it was done by someone.
Please help.

Margaret: You need to call the Walt Disney World Disney Club telephone # (on the back of your card) in order to receive the Club discount. The WDW web site does not offer the DC Discount. You can have your passes shipped to your home address for an additional $3 fee or you can pick them up at the will call window.

What may have confused you is that you remembered reading that the DC discount on AP/PAP's was still available at the gate. But those are the only major park ticket media where you can get the DC discount while at WDW. You cannot do it with PH's or PHP's.
