Photoshop question

ok - i'm a newbie -- but i'm getting so frustrated in the standard edit mode -- when I'm in a mode (mainly magnetic lasso) and i'm done but yet I want to move my mouse to click something else -----the whole graphic moves like it's in a big screen mode and the graphic is suddenly way down in the lower left corner, almost out of site.

what do I need to do? is there a way to click off the mouse to navigate without moving the entire graphic??

Try holding the space bar down so the little hand to move the screen comes up.

Photoshop makes me feel like I know nothing. However, my db says that "Photpshop for Dummies" is escellent. You may want to check it out. If he needs help, though, that tells me it does more than I ever wanted to know. ALso, if I really need to know something, I can call him!

OhMom - pm RealMickey and ask him. He uses photoshop a lot and will probably know the answer quickly - just tell him that his DW told you to PM him.

I know he has the photoshop for dummys book so you may ask him what he thinks of it - may be a good investment.
