Photoshop Elements 9 vs Premiere?

What is the difference besides like $50? Video editing in the premiere, correct?

Elements is for just for photos and Premiere is just for video if I remember correctly.

Premiere is the full video editing app.

Photoshop Elements is a stripped-down version of Photoshop.
Premiere Elements is a stripped-down version of Premiere.

Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements can be purchased individually and together as a package for a relatively low price.
