Photos with Grinch at Universal

How long are the lines usually to meet the Grinch and when is the best time to avoid them? I’ll be there on Saturday January 8th. I’d like to spend the main part of the morning binge riding Mummy and JW lol

We went on a Saturday and we went to that area around 4:00 and the wait was 90 minutes. Afterwards, the tree ceremony began and I believe they do that every half hour. Didn’t check wait times through the day.
