Photos too large?

I am writing my first dining report and I was able to upload only photo to the post and when I try to add another it tells me the files are too big. I'm uploading them straight from my phone. How do I fix this so I can upload at least a few photos to my posts.

I download the photos to my computer and resize them, then upload them to the thread. I had this same issue the other day, and that is how I resolved it. Another way to do this is to upload them to a photo sharing site - Photobucket, etc., (even Facebook), and then insert with the image tags (img) (/img) (replace () with [] )
