We watched the launch of Discovery Saturday night. It was cool to watch it rise up over Space Mountain!!!! I hadn't really planned to record it, but here is a photo and link to video.

Great Pix, We were lucky enough to catch this wonderful sight while on board a bus leaving the Magical Kingdom. THANK YOU to the bus driver for pointing it out!

We watched it from the MK. We were on the left hand side of the castle and had a great view. It was so thrilling to watch it. I think that was my kids favorite thing. They were thrilled.

Didn't catch this particular launch, but back in 1998 (I think may have been earlier) DH and I were in Orlando and were fortunate enough to catch a launch. We drove out as close as we could get to Kennedy Space Center and parked at a convenience store. We walked about half a block to a little area where several people were sitting and we watched it launch from there. It was the most amazing thing I have evern seen in my life and something that DH and I will never forget.

We were walking up through the pool area up towards the lobby at Wilderness Lodge for our sleigh ride and had a great view of it! What a sight! I took some pictures, but will have to enhance them to see how they came out. Not long after that we saw the fireworks...great night!

I had forgotten about the launch, but the CM's reminded us as we headed into Philharmagic. I was going to watch out buy Pooh, big open sky, but part of the family wanted to get a drink down in tommorow land. It actually was pretty cool place to watch from!!

We missed it, we left Saturday. I was really hoping it would go off as scheduled Thursday night. We didn’t drive out there, but would have a had great view from the hotel. Instead we watched on TV as they cancelled the countdown. Cool picture. thanks.

We hoped to see it Thursday night from MK, but of course it was scrubbed. Saturday I forgot all about, when DW turned on the TV and said it was three minutes to launch! I ran outside and sprinted to the Boardwalk-Epcot bridge, where I got a great view just as it was taking off!

I was there...it was amazing. We were waiting for the tram to take us to the car. We didn't know it was going to happen but what an awesome sight!

We saw it from the lake area at the Beach Club. Everyone let out a huge cheer! It was awesome!

I know it doesn't look like much in these photos, but it was quite a sight.
