The Outlet store is much like the regular TDS's that we have seen in the Atlanta area. The only difference that we could see was less permanent store decoration, more of a multi-media decor, and some Ratatouille stuff & some old Christmas stuff still on sale. The manager was a familiar face.....not a good one unfortunately we shall see how this store turns out in the next few months, but we did see an old friend was on staff there, so there is hope that we will enjoy our future visits. The sales were the same as what was being offered at the Gwinnett Place TDS...we went there too, just to see if we were offered any "better deals" at Discover Mills.

The store is pretty and new and you many not be able to see it in the photos, but it was PACKED with people and strollers. It was almost as bad as a Main Street Store after Wishes! I will post more photos in a bit. This will get you started though. I would have taken more, but one of the CM's said that I couldn't take photos in the store. Luckily, I got quite a few before he grouched at me.

I love these counter decorations at the registers. The Studio Disney stuff is right up my alley.

I do wish that I could have gotten a better shot of these, but the lighting was not too friendly with just a cell phone camera.

I love that TDS and the TDS Outlet have started making a point of carrying items for the home and adults. I have missed that!

The new Disney Store outlet in Potomac Mills in Virginia is just like this one. Also, they had a good selection of pins and household items (the most they've had in years, IMHO).

This was kinda cool, the Cinderella doll actually swings. Too bad Belle took a nap right as I snapped the shot.

We have the Princess swing at my store...I swear, Cinderella is going to go flying off the swing and land on the first floor (we're located on the second floor)! The kids don't like how she's swinging so they will have their parent swing her!!!

woohoo! i was just at the disney store at mall of ga. yesterday and mentioned to dd about going soon to discover mills...but i had no idea they had a disney outlet store there!!! will have to check it out soon! got only a couple things at the disney store yesterday,was looking for bambi figures for dgd's 1st b'day cake but no such luck. but i did get the last bambi med. plush in the store! and it was on clearance for $4!!!! reg. $14.50 so this nanna was thrilled! also by the check out dd found a baloo plush,small one,for $2 so i had her sneak back on for it while i took dgd & dgs to mickey d's to grab lunch! the baloo willbe a gift for dgs blaze while at disney,either as a nite tiem gift form tink or a basket gift from mickey. not sure how i am gonna work it yet...
