I have 2 questions though....

There was a hubby with 2 children, 1 in a stroller. He was just as we went into the TTC area for the Marathon and he must have RACED because I spotted him again over by either the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian, think it was the GF. Who was this?

There was another gentleman with Kathy (Valentine) think he was standing on a bench taking photos when I spotted him. He was closer to Kathy. My DH was the last WISHer you passed as you headed to the Swan/Dolphin (poor sick man) I think this guy was also in another location and I seem to recall thinking that as I saw him but after 24+ miles I already had misplaced the memory of the other location! LOL

Who were these 2 guys? I want to shout out to everyone I knew along the course and I think these are the last 2 because I don't know who they were! LOL

To the Minnie Racers (both races!) Congrats! and to those new and I didn't get a chance to say Hi or speak much with I hope to catch up more in the next races. For some reason I was super nervous about both races. Weird! All i can think of is I was worried about having less training than I had figured and that it was my last chance for the Minnie medal.

Carrie we just need to be able to 'sync' our shutterflies the way people beam their phones (treo's and such).


Sorry for the delay on the Marathon photos but I think I've mentioned once or twice (or 20 LOL) that I had a really bad case of post-race blues LOL serious! I think the Minnie was just the sort of shot I needed to get back into training and being positive again.

And poor Margie probably thought I was joking when I said I got a close up It was my 1st race with a camera, i said I'd take photos, not that they'd be good!

It's quite possible that was my husband, John. He was wearing a WISH shirt and taking photos with Kathy and Cam's daughter, Jennifer, just outside of MGM. Previous to that he was cheering with the WISH group outside the Poly. He did the half-marathon the day before. He also did the Minnie and is in a few of your photos.


BTW, great photos! Doing the marathon was a blast!
