Photos at the TOTWL

I am a BLT owner and will be staying there (on points) when my husband and I have a vow renewal in May. Our ceremony is at the Swan hotel and we have booked Randy Chapman to do the photos (a photographer who does an awful lot of Disney weddings). We intend to do the majority of the photos before the ceremony, so that we can enjoy our cocktail hour and dinner at Mizner's and Citricos, with our guests. We will be shooting at the Boardwalk and Swan before the ceremony with just a few photos at the GF afterwards. We intend to do a 'first look' series of photos at BLT as we are staying there, and would love to do them somewhere which has a view over the MK. I thought about the TOTWL.
As I have yet to stay at BLT, and thus have not visited the lounge, my questions are these:-
Does the TOTWL have a balcony which overlooks MK?
What time does it open?
Do you think they would be happy for us to do a 'first look' there?
Does anybody have an e-mail address with which I could contact the manager of the lounge and ask for permission to shoot photos in his lounge? If so, would you be so kind as to PM me with it?
Are there any other places at BLT/Contemporary that have a balcony overlooking MK where we could do photos? I know the Napa room at the California Grill has one but I am not sure if it would be allowed. I would be grateful to hear your thoughts.

Disney requires that you get permission for all photo shoots on their property (incudling resorts). Anyone who has shot lots of Disney weddings already knows that, and I would speak to the photographer about getting the proper permissions to do the photo shoots.

Thank you, Randy has already said that we can do a photo shoot at BLT so I assume he has permission for that. He is a very experienced Disney wedding photographer and, I am sure, knows the rules. I was just wondering whether the permission he obviously has at BLT extends to the TOTWL or whether we have to contact them directly. Thanks again.
