Has anyone ever gone back home and tried to access Photopass pictures over the web? We just had a strange thing happen. We tried to access a picture taken at MGM via our Photopass card number and the people in the pictures are not us. Weird.

It worked fine for us...but that probably isn't real helpful for you is it?

Click on the "Can't find you Disney's PhotoPass Card" link on the bottom of the home page . While you actually have your card, explaining to them what happened, and what your group looked like through submitting a request just might do the trick.

Been there, done that.

DW was certain it was going to happen. At one of our character meet 'n greets, the photographer was juggling at least 3 PP cards at once, and DW was certain he gave us the wrong one. Fortunately we only had one or two inconsequential photos on our card, so it didn't really impact us.

We had another technical problem with the PP web site. Email to tech support basically said "sorry, there's nothing we can do to help you." I won't bore you with the details, but their response was total BS.

I'm usually pretty tolerant of the bumps that accompany these types of new programs, but so far PhotoPass appears to be a great concept with really poor execution.

Hmmm - note to self. Bring along a Sharpie marker to write name on photopass card. Might help with the photographer's "juggling" act.

I'm afraid it's going to be a lost cause. I sent Photopass an email, but I'm expecting them to come back and say sorry. My mistake was, we should have gone and looked at the photo at the Photo shop before leaving the park. Unfortunately this was the only picture that DD25 and myself took together the entire week.
