My DH is taking 28 12th graders to Epcot and Magic Kingdom for their senior class trip, He was thinking that he would pre-purchase the Photo Pass CD / Memory Maker. Do you know how many photopass cards can be used for the CD? Could He load all 28 kids card codes onto the one memory maker cd?

AFAIK, no limit on the number of cards.

The PhotoPass CD is no longer available for purchase (replaced by Memory Maker which is a digital download product). There is an Archive Disc ($29.95) available, but requires you to purchase Memory Maker or have an AP that includes the PhotoPass download entitlement.
