Hi,
can someone explain to me what is the photopass +, they advertise for 169$.
The only photopass I know is the one a Disney photographer gives you and that you can choose pictures from (at Disney or for 30 days when you come back.

I'm new to this...but from what I understand, you can pre-purchase the PhotoPass+ for $169 (usually $199):

For that $169, you get a CD with all the photos the Disney photographers take of you in the park, plus the ride & special dining photos from certain rides & dinners.

When you get home you can access PhotoPass, and edit the pictures, add borders and all kinds of things, then you order the CD.

The + also includes 400 stock park images.

Then you can take the CD to any photo printing place and pay for your own images to be printed!

What the PP said was right. It's the same as the other photopass, but with some extras. You can put all your park ride photos on the card, as well as the dining photos. Plus that added picture bonus included.

If you go to the photopass website, it explains it all. This is something that you have to purchase before you go as they send you a package in the mail before your trip.

This may be a dumb question but what are stock park images? Does it mean the # of photos on the cd is limited to 400?

Stock park images are photos from Disney of the actual parks. So, basically you will gets from around all the parks, to use in an album or scrapbook. Its a seperate CD.

There is actually no limit to the number of pictures you can have on the CD. Actually, if there are too many pictures for one CD they will send you multiply CDs. The ride and dining package photos that are included with the photo pass + need to be taken within 14 days after you redeem your photo pass + voucher. However, the pictures are held by Disney Photo Pass only holds the pictures on their server for 30 days, so when you order your Disney Photo Pass Cd they can be for any regular pictures taken over the previous 30 days.

I recently purchased the prepaid photo pass +. The web site says allow for 14 days for deliver, but we received our package in about three or four days. The package included the stock photo cd, which was mostly firework and scenery shoots. Wish they had more character shoots! The package also included a voucher for the photo pass + card and a redemption code for the photo CD. It seems like a good deal if you don’t lose the voucher and cd redemption code.
