We've never used Photopass before. We're taking relatives who have never been to Disney before, so time to see MOST everything will be limited. We would still love to do Photopass...but how much time does it involve for each shot? We don't want to waste a lot of time going off to a 'spot', posing, etc, but we would like to have this keepsake. Thanks!

I never felt like we wasted any time going off for a shot. The only time the photographer asked us to move was at AK. First he took a family shot of us in front of the tree and then he took a picture of my son "holding" Simba - for that shot he wanted him in the shade. Other than that we'd just see a photographer - hand him our card - smile - and were done with it. I think the biggest time factor was taking my youngest out of the stroller, but we got pretty good at it. Oh! And one photographer at Hollywood asked if we had some time after taking the typical shots and then did a mini-photo shoot with my two boys. Those pictures turned out great and did take a little longer, but she asked and we were not in a hurry!

I love our photopass pictures!

Does not take much time at all. We love having all of us in the pictures and the memories are priceless.

Photopass is really convenient and takes great pictures. You can view all pictures at the photopass stops in the park or at your resort each day, print pictures out, or view them on your own computer at night. And, you have the option to purchase the CD 30 days online after the trip. Photopass is limited to certain places in the parks and certain character photo opportunities in the park. Thus, if you were sitting on the Dumbo ride and wanted pictures of other family members sitting behind you, you would need your own camera. Also, they are not present during character dining events.
