Photopass share timing question

We have 4 people wanting to share for a photopass, our dates are a bit spread out. I've done some reading on Stitch kingdom and wanted to confirm that I'm understanding the timing for expiry correctly before committing anyone to this.

These are the dates we have:

1 - September 24th
2 (me) - October 17th - 23rd
3 - October 24th - 30th
4 - November 13-18th

Am I correct in reading that we have 30 days to access the cards online before they expire, and then another 30 days to place our order?

So in order to accommodate our sets of dates person 1 would have to wait until almost October 22nd or so to access her, that would give person 4 until November 22nd to get her pics all ready to go and for me the coordinator to order the disc.

Yes, your timing is accurate. If I were the last person, it would be really tough to get all the photo edits within 4 days after returning from the trip though. An option could be to pay to extend the expiration date of the first pictures. I did this with a group of friends when the first trip started much earlier than the others. Just wanted to offer it as a suggestion in case you hadn't thought of it.
