Photopass + question

We prepurchased photopAss+ for our last trip and then had to cancel the trip. Since Disney replaced photopass+ with memory maker! can we exchange our card for the memory maker?

Nope. It's PhotoPass + or you return it for a refund and buy memory maker.

I would recommend you go the photopass website and email guest relations. I would imagine it would be honored, but it's best to email them to find out for sure.

What's the difference then? I thought photopass+ was gone and replaced by memory maker.....
