Photopass Question - they forgot a magic effect

We had a few shots done where DD was supposed to be holding Tink in her hand, but they don't have Tink on them. Is it too late to get it added now?

I do believe you can add her yourself online but I couldn't say for certain.

Thanks for the reply. I looked, but all I see are the borders. I had to add the Tink border to the photos where she was looking up at Tink, and those are fine. But the ones where we were "holding" balloons and such, the effect was already put on the picture. Just seems like they missed these two pictures.

If I can find a nice, high-res Tink, then I can add it myself when I get the CD, but that really isn't what I wanted to have to do.

There's a contact us button on the website where you can send them a note - they will ask (either it's in the original contact us stuff or else they will send you an e-mail) for the park, when the photo was taken, what the person is wearing, etc). They can add Tink into the photos where she is missing.

We had 2 photos where my DD was supposed to be holding Simba and instead - Tink was there! They fixed it for me.

You are correct, you cannot add those magic shot things yourself on the website.

HI, I have been reading the boards for awhile now but I decide to do my first post since the same thing happened to us this year. I turned my photopass in at the Magic Kingdom and they created my CD but I noticed that Tink was missing from my pictures. I told the CM but she said oh you can fix that yourself online. Not TRUE! I live in Canada and was very upset that I could not fix this issue. I sent an email to the link at the bottom of the photopass website explaining my problem. They responsed very quickly and asked from my photopass numbers and they sent me a new cd out a few days later by FEDEX with Tink now in all the pictures that she is suppose to be in. Just contact them and they will fix right away.

This was our experince, too. I emailed and the fixed the missing effect right away. (though my DH did joke we should order it- a picture of all three of us looking at my son's empty palm. We did look pretty ridiculous. )
