Thinking of going to this. Is this a good park to try it?? What time can I actually go in? Are crowds as low as I am hoping for?? Any thoughts .. suggestions? Tips? TIA!!!!!!

It says on the website that you can enter at 7:00. I have never been so can't speak to the rest, thinking of trying in July.

Hey there! We went last summer. Unfortunately RnR was down (although it isn't open at all right now). We did ToT 3x back to back walk on, then we went to MMRR, maybe a 5 minute wait. We tried to hit Pixar Place but it was juiced, so we moved on to Star Wars land. We did all the rides there before hitting Pixar Place. As Pixar Place the wait for TSMM was long (I think we waited like 30 mins). Slinky was too long. We did Alien, and that was somewhat walk on. That's when RnR opened. It was a madhouse but my older one wanted to try it. I think we waited about 50 mins :) If I was do it again I would try to hit the stuff in Star Wars at around 7/730. It eats up a TON of time. I think having RnR down was an issue because ppl were loading the other areas. Gets lots of treats, especially on the way out!! We really enjoyed it <3

I did it last May (as a solo person so your experience could be different.) There were lots of storms in the area earlier in the evening (to the point that Fantasmic almost cancelled but ended up only delayed a bit). By the time I got out of Fantasmic, I think we were like 30 minutes into After Hours. I rode Tower back to back 3 times with no wait at all (literally walked around and right into the first room). RnR was about a 30 minute wait. Mickey's railroad was very short as was Star Tours, Rise, and Falcon. I didn't attempt Slinky and I had done Midway Mania earlier in the day (I think) so I didn't head in Toy Story land at all. I had a blast and feel it was totally worth it for me as a solo. I also took advantage of the ice cream, popcorn, and drinks through out the evening and made sure to grab some to take with me at the end of the evening. The only downside is that the Skyliner doesn't run for After Hours and the hike to the Pop bus stop felt like the half marathon at the end of a long evening.

I did this in January solo. I think it was great! The rides have super low lines, there are free drinks and snacks. Admittedly, I didn’t attack it efficiently but I still felt like I did well and I really enjoyed it.

I did this with my wife last February and as a solo traveller this past August. Both times were awesome. My wife and I had dining reservations at Mama Melrose (RIP) at 7:10 and we enjoyed Fantasmic @ 9:30. We had plenty of time later to do everything we wanted to do, including RRC, TOT, Slinky Dog, ROR, and MMRR. We spent plenty of our time in Muppet Courtyard getting pictures and enjoying the quiet. In August as a solo I got to the park right at 6:30 and was let in at 6:50. Again, enjoyed everything and took my time walking around and enjoying the ambience of HS. It was warm, so I didn't run from attraction to attraction, but I would say both experiences were well worth it. Other than MK after hours, HS is our next favorite!
