PhotoPass - problem placing order...help!!!

My pictures are about to expire and I am having a problem placing an order. I am trying to add pictures to my shopping cart and it says they have been added, but every time I go to the cart, it says it is empty. Please help!!!

I would try use the "Contact Us" feature at the bottom of the page and send them a message. I had sent an email and heard back from them within about an hour. They could probably help you.

Sent them an email this morning. No response yet.
 

I just realized that today is 4/3 and the pics expired on 4/2. I would think that if I can still see them, that I should be able to order them???
 
If they are all still there, you should still be able to order. I think (not sure) they start to just disappear when they have expired.

Thanks! I sent them an email just now, but I have a feeling I'm out of luck as the pictures are now gone.
 
Oh no! Hopefully they can still retreive them from their end. Crossing my fingers for you.
They restored my pics for another 60 days!:banana: I'm not sure if it is because I used the email address you gave me vs. the email you can send from the site, but I'm a happy camper either way!!

Yay!!! I'm glad you got them restored. Now don't let them expire again - ORDER! ORDER!

I got notification that I should be receiving my CD on Monday! Can't wait!
