Photopass Private Sessions - Worth the $$?

We stayed at WL this summer, and did the PhotoPass session there. It was awesome! That was my only "wish" for the trip(my Birthday trip) and the photos turned out great! The photographer took us all around the grounds and took family and indiviual photos of the kids. She was very patient and the whole experience was great. We had a coupon in the back of our Disney documents that brought the price down to around $79, including a CD of all the photos and they printed out 3 photos on the spot. I only wish that I had done this on our earlier trips when the kids were younger. I highly recommend it!

We couldn't get any at Sunset Point because there was a wedding going on. I think the photog gave me a rundown of how it would work and asked me if there were any particular shots we wanted-singles, family, areas, etc. That was when I told him I really wanted them on the beach.
We are sooo not 'nature' people and he was taking all these shots on the grass and behind branches-but honestly those turned out better than the beach shots IMO so I guess he knew what he was doing.
Oh, and I believe we got about 75 shots altogether.

Good to know. We stayed at WL this summer and DH really wants to have the pictures done there but I am leaning towards the Poly for more sentimental reasons. I also really want beach shots with the castle in the back. Wonder if they have a clue when Sunset Point is booked because I would love to schedule around that!

We will have a list of the groups we want - kids together, parents with their kids, etc... We have a group of 9 so hoping we can get it all done in the 20 minute session!

DH really wants to have them done at WL. Did they take indoor and outdoor shots?
