Can someone tell me how much the whole photopass CD costs? I am looking online at their site and two 4x6 prints are $14.95? Is that right?

From what I've read here, it's $59.99 for Disneyland (good luck finding anything but WDW pricing on the website, but everybody says it rings up correctly on checkout) plus $2.95 shipping.

I am very confussed on the photopass cd. Can someone explain how it works? I read on an earlier post that you can purchase a gallery cd at the Kodak store for $59 and there is a voucher in that package for $59 towards the photopass cd, so it pays for its self. Is the photopass cd the one that disney employees take pictures of you in the disneyland setting and you purchase this cd? Does the cost depend on the number of photos on the cd or is it a flat fee of $59? Then what is the gallery cd?

The above link has incredible information about photopass. Please read it all the way down to get to more specifics. Note the it is geared primarily to WDW not DLR.

The Gallery CD is stock disney photos. You can also get photos taken by the Photopass Photographers of your self while in the park. This is called the PhotosCD.

The OP asked about individual prints. They are not cheap, however cheaper than the CD. I have known people who would rather get bulk photos and pay for thier CD. You will find even if you get 100 pics on the CD that only a handful are great. So some people opt to buy a couple prints to frame.

You can also find out about Photopass and in particular special offers by likeing the Disney's Photopass Service page on Facebook.

I believe that the gallery CD is full of pictures of the parks (different sites from around the various parks depending on which one you purchase). The photopass CD is of pictures you have taken at the parks. There are photographers in various areas of the park and you get a card from them that tells you how to find the pics online to view them. The price is set no matter how many pics you have taken. You can also download your own pictures and have them put on a CD for 15 I think.

The Photopass Gallery CD is $59.99 (AP discount of 10% was in effect in December 2010).....and yes it is wonderful pictures of the park. BUT...it also came with a slip of paper with a code to get the CD of the pictures that the Photopass Photographers around the park took of you and the edits that you can do from home. Doesn't matter how many photos you have taken (and that will go up 6-10 times as you add edits with logos, borders, zoom in etc), you don't pay more for more photos, they simply send you more CDs. I just got mine from my December trip.....4 CDs.

We did this just last week and we rec'd 10% off for using a Disney Visa. :goodvibes We bought ours at the Photo Pass store on Main Street (on the end on the right, near The Plaza Inn). Be sure to ask specifically for the Gallery CD with the free Photopass coupon. The clerk had to go in the back and find one for us. She seemed to be a bit impressed that we knew about it. ;) THANKS DISBOARDS!!!! :lovestruc

And just an FYI...the CD box that I have specifically says that it contains "Voucher for Disney's PhotoCD". I believe that some of them do not contain the Voucher, so you'll want to be sure you see that....or ask them to open it and prove it's there.

just to add, the one I bought just a few weeks ago said nothing on the outside of the box about the voucher inside but the cm assured me it was there. He was right, it was. But I opened it on the spot to make sure.

Smart move to open it on the spot, because lots of people were reporting it not being there, but they were already home. Uh oh! That's why it's best to find the boxes that say it's inside!

You want to ask for the gallery cd photopass cd value pack. It says right on the outside. Bought mine on the 17th. I'll have to take a pic and upload what it looks like.

Where do you find that? All I can find is this, which give the WDW pricing. http://www.disneyphotopass.com/photocd.aspx

I dont see any different pricing. I log in to my account and click on the the "Disneys Photo CD" for ordering and on the screen that comes up it shows 59.95 for disneys photopass photo CD. Then it says its 19.95 for additional copies.

Then the archive CD (of your personal uploaded photos) is 19.95.

The link you put up just takes me to the login screen and doesnt show any prices for me when I click on it. Maybe its because I have photos in my account now from my trip to DL a couple weeks ago. I dont know.

If all you have in your account is photopass cards from Disneyland that is the only pricing you'll see. WDW CDs are $149 but there is a discount available that brings it to $99. But you won't see those prices if you don't have any WDW photopass cards.

I am really glad I opened this thread! Last time I did not know this and just paid for the cd.. but I would love to have the gallery cd too!
