PhotoPass Plus Help--wrong photo

We are at WDW right now and I just looked at the pic they put on my account from Expedition Everest. Wrong family! Bummed!! Anybody know what I can do to correct this? I know they gave me the receipt with a number on it but will this help me do something online to find the photo?

Also, we had 2 photopass cards at Typhoon Lagoon yesterday. I entered both of them online and NONE of the photos that were taken were there. Anybody else have this happen? Could it take longer than 24 hours for the pics to show up? I wondered if TL was having photopass issues since neither card is showing up. Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
I do not think there is anything you can do online to get the correct ride photo added. However, if you have the receipt with the number on it you should be able to go back and have it added. I think the official policy is you need to go back within 48 hours.

There can be a delay for the pictures to show up. I think it depends on when the photopass Photographer loades the data.
