Photopass pictures not showing up?

Anyone have problems with photopass pictures not showing up in your account? We had pictures taken at the entrance of Epcot by two different photographers back-to-back using the same Photopass card and photos from the second photographer are there but not the first.

Also, we had some taken at HS with the same Photopass card after the card was already registered and those aren't showing up either.

Ideas???
 
I had the same issue when viewing my account on my iPhone. When I got on my laptop I found them.

Maybe try clearing your cookies and signing in again?
 
I'd go to photopass place and ask them to lovcate them the more info you can give the better. Time of day, locations etc. And I'd get and use a new photopass card sounds like maybe issue with your card.
 
Interesting. I've been looking on my phone. I'll see what is there on the computer when I get home. We are currently driving home from Disney so too late for a new card.
 

We had some that never showed up. The photographer shot the girls in some posed shots where balloons were to be added later -- those shots never appeared on our PP+, but everything else the photographer took at that time was there.

Ok my mistake. If they don't show up on puter i'd contact photopass via website there is form to fill out. I've always had good luck getting my pics that way.
 
I had trouble with my PP+... we were missing quite a few. The only ones they found were our pirate's league... I am glad because we bought the kids full costumes and you aren't allowed to take pictures in the special room so I was relying on them- none of the pictures showed. They don't look hard, I described exactly what I was looking for on the form and their first response was I already had pictures of them in costume on my account. I did, they were the ones I uploaded. :headache:
I had to write a second time, again stating they were at the pirate's league in the special room before they found them.

So if you know for sure anything that is missing, be REALLY specific. Be sure to state that you have the set from one photographer and need the second, and be prepared to reply and state that you are still looking for another set taken at the same time if they come back and say you already have some. We lost some ride photos and random ones around the MK. I'm wondering if there were a bunch of new guys the weeks we were there.
 
I would contact them if you still can't find them. The PhotoPass search ability is very good. They can search by day, time (to the minute), location, etc. I've lost my card completely and they were able to find my photos.
 
I was missing a bunch of pics from my DS bday at MK and I was so upset about it. I filled out a form and I was so upset about it that I decided to call the customer service number and they were able to find my pics wile on the phone with them. By the time I got off the phone my pics were in my PP account! Try calling they are more likely to help you when you are actually on the phone with them and not just another email. :)
 
I, too, have always had great luck with the email form to find pictures. You do have to be specific. If you know which card number should have them on it, say that. Say everything you can about those pictures in the form.
 
When I had missing pictures, I contacted PhotoPass, gave them detailed information about the location, time and clothing and they had good luck finding them :thumbsup2
 
If you can give them location and probable time, they can usually find your photos. We had some miissing that ended up on someone elses Pass. We had someone elses on ours as well.

We had pictures taken at Disneyland for my parents 50th anniversary. We stayed at the Disney Grand Hotel and had a Disney photo pass employee take pictures of our family in Disneyland for an anniversary album for my parents. Disney Photo pass was not able to locate the photos. Very disappointing! Disney said there was nothing they could do.
 
I'd call the customer service number for Photopass. We were missing some of our photos in November. I called them and they were able to put them in my account and I saw them before I hung up the phone with them. They were also able to put the missing "magic" in a couple of the shots that were missing it during the same phone call. I don't think it took more than about ten minutes.
