Photopass Pictures After Expiration

I'm pretty sure this is a dumb question and the answer is no, but figured I'd see if anyone out there has experience with this. I realize this is my fault, but I bought the photos from my trip in September but failed to download them before they expired. I had no idea they would expire, seems pretty absurd that if you pay a hefty price for your photos Disney still won't store them for you but again I realize this is my fault for not realizing they would expire. So just wondering if anyone has ever had experience getting pictures they paid for back after they expired? I contacted support almost 3 weeks ago and never got a response. Thanks.

They almost certainly still have them and should be able to help you. I am fairly certain when I purchased my annual pass (which includes photopass), the pictures from a previous trip within the last 12 months showed up again. I would contact them again.

Call the photpass # today. They may still have them in their system. I did something similar. I get photopass photos free with my AP and thought for sure I had downloaded pics I wanted. Apparently I didn't. I called photpass and the cm found the pics and was able to put them back into my MDE account for 24 hours so I could download them. I don't remember how long they were expired before I had called so I'm not sure if they still have your Sept pics. But seriously, call today.

They may still have them. I know that the system used to at least hold pictures for a long time, as going to the kiosks would take forever, apparently their system would load many older pics. While I could only see a hundred or so online, their system was pulling up several thousand from previous trips as well (I was ambitious with the edits when those were saved to the system vs phone download only).

I missed the final cutoff by a couple of weeks once when a work trip abroad went south and took far longer then planned. I emailed support, gave them a very short version of my sob-story, told them it was my own fault and only myself to blame and all that, and begged some pixie intervention. Someone got back to me a couple days later. Either they reactivated it on my account or they gave me a special download code, I can't remember, but I got my photos.

I've missed the cut off before. I don't remember how long it was, but I called the PhotoPass number. Luckily , the woman found the pictures, re-activated them and I was able to download them the same day.

We missed the cutoff on our first Disney trip with our kids. It took a call to the hotline and some pleading, but we were able to get them restored. I'm not making that mistake a second time! We'll download them the week we get home in March.

Does anyone happen to have the number to call to reach the photopass people? Is it a general Disney number or is there a special photopass #?
