PhotoPass NIGHTMARE!!

I'm hoping to find an email address or mailing address that I can send a letter to about my PhotoPass issues. My husband pre-ordered a CD and a book before our trip, although it was NOT cheap, it was still a savings to pre-purchase @ $170

The problem is the codes didn't "take" when the transactions went through on Disney's end and I ended up being charged $152 and $92 on two seperate occasions. So, I've been calling nearly every day since December 8th, when I noticed these charges. I eventually got them to return the $152 to my account, but I'm still having to call every day to check the status of the $92. I'm getting the run around, and while I consider myself a pretty patient person, I'm growing very annoyed with this entire situation! I just want the money that should NEVER have been charged to my account BACK in my account!!

Needless to say I'll never mess around with PhotoPass again, this entire process has been completely time consuming and frustrating. The site itself is terribly slow and freezes constantly, and this check out process of taking the pre-purchased codes has been a total pain! Not to mention $244 missing from my account at Christmas time being a pretty big problem.

I'm drafting a letter of complaint and would really appreciate if anything has an address that I can send this to.

I too have had trouble with PhotoPass this year.

One of my photos on the CD had a grey section on the bottom 1/3 of the photo. I was told to return the CD. I did and was told a new PhotoPass CD would be sent out and tested before being shipped. Not sure why I had to go through sending it back-couldn't they have just e-mailed me the one photo and saved us both shipping fees.

Still haven't heard from them and that was at the beginning of Dec. I have sent them e-mails and I called today, but it was after 1pm EST-I will have to try to remember to call earlier.
 
I got many pictures that didn't belong to us on our cds this year. :( Some of them were simba pictures, too!
 

Hmmm, were they of two little boys? I'm missing those Simba pictures even though others from the same day are there :confused:

The entire Photo Pass thing is just totally frustrating, we'll bring a tripod from now on and get better pictures for FREE!
 
Can you contest the charges through your credit card company? Maybe that will get the ball rolling.
