PhotoPass/MM -- no EXIF data?

Just downloaded all our PhotoPass photos tonight, but none seem to have an EXIF data? They all show today as created/modified date.

Is that normal? If not, how do I "fix" it? TIA.

I never have seen EXIF data with Photo Pass or Memory Maker. But I never really looked.

The original photos will have the date but the ones you edited will have the date that they were created or downloaded. I downloaded all of them and then went into my software (iPhoto) and changed the dates on the pictures that had been edited. Kind of a pain but at least the photos could blend in with the others. Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

This would make sense but I didn't edit any photos. I just hit download and saved 5 zip files. None have date/time (I don't care about other EXIF data, but date/time I do want).

If I download a single photo, same thing. Strange.

Nevermind...this may have been post-vacation brain syndrome or something. When I import the photos into iPhoto I see correct dates and EXIF data.

When I initially downloaded I was looking at the dates in Finder (Mac) and they were the download dates for modified/created by. I guess Finder doesn't show the photo taken date?

Yeah, the Finder doesn't read the embedded data, it just used the created/modified date. You need to use a photo software to read the data.
