PhotoPass/Memory Maker Question

We pre-ordered the PhotoPass and used our Magic Bands to take quite a few pictures. Our trip is now, sadly, over. Now what? So, we go to the website on MyDisneyExperience.com and look at our pictures? Just order the ones we want, or...? For some reason, even after doing research, I'm not really sure what we do or how it works or what we actually get for the $149.00. Can anyone give me a bit of information or some tips on how to do this properly? I find the information from Disney rather lacking on information on how this really works. Thanks much!

What you get with Memory Maker is the ability to download digital copies of all your pictures and ride videos. You can download them individually or all at once (broken out into compress ZIP files).

The digital files are yours to do with what you wish for your own personal use. Share them, have them printed out, etc. Disney also often throws in some lovely shots of characters, parades, and such too.

I had the same problem as you so when I got home I ordered the disc with all my images. I think it was around $30-$40?

When you're logged in to view your photos, you should have a "download all" option that appears in the upper right corner. By clicking on that, it will take you to download page and, once its finished processing all the photos, links will be provided to download zip files with the photos. The amount of zip files will depend on how many photos you have. On my most recent trip, I had well over 500 photos and I think it was broken out into about 10-12 zip files.

Once you've downloaded them, you can do what you wish with them in accordance with the license Disney provides (you'll also be able to download a copy of this).

If you want any of the photos printed, I'd suggest using a service like Shutterfly or similar as the cost will be less than it would be to order prints through the Photopass site.

Have fun editing them using the borders and stickers that the website will provide as well. I spent quite a while doing this, but was SOOOOO pleased with the way they turned out.

Okay, great, that's helpful, thank you... it just seems so complicated! LOL!

Just remember, before you edit any picture, make a copy of it. They used to ask you if you wanted to save a copy, but I got burned last time when I was just fooling around with some borders and my picture was forever changed.

Changes aren't permanent. There should be a "revert" button which will remove all edits and restore the original image.
