Photopass/Memory Maker AP ?

We are newly minted AP holders, ready to activate on our trip in early July. I understand the that pass comes with free photopass. My dumb question... How is it activated or attached to my account? We have a room only ressies, and magic bands on the way. Will any pics we get made in the parks automatically be there? TIA

Nothing needs to be activated - it's just a perk of your AP. And actually, what you have is free PhotoPass downloads; PhotoPass is the name of the photo-taking service and is free to everybody.

As soon as the active pass is linked to your MDE account you will be able to download your PhotoPass pictures for free. If there were any pictures taken during the year leading up to the pass activation, many (if not all) of them may reappear in your PhotoPass account.
