Thanks everyone for your responses. The missed photos were just ones that I didn't get to edit, so the unedited ones will be on the cd . . . thank goodness for that 
. I did edit those other pictures immediately, so I'm hoping for a fluke. I'm not expecting those extra photos to be on the cd, but I did send an email just in case it might help. I'll definitely post here when I get a response or get the cd and let you all know what happens.
