Photopass help

We were at MVMCP Thursday night and had some photopass pictures taken. I asked for a card but the photographers said we could just scan my band. I can't for the life of me find the pictures on photopass.com. how do I get them off the Magic Band? It won't take the shorter number on the band. Thanks so much!!!!

As long as you have linked your band(s) with your My Disney Experience account from the My Disney Experience website or app, you should then see your Photopass pictures once you log on Photopass (which should be your same My Disney Experience account UserID and password). If this doesn't seem to resolve it, I'd look up Disney tech support for assistance. Let us know what worked for you!

Make sure you are on the right version of the website. The old one is Disneyland and it's got castles in the background. The new one for wdw has two tabs "memories" and "products" at the top. If you're not sure, log out and then go to mydisneyexperience.com log in and then choose Disney Photopass from the menu. If that doesn't work, call Photopass Support 407-560-4300.
