Hi everyone

We have just finished creating our Photopass CD with extra borders and our Photo book on the Photopass website. We prepaid for the two together before we went away, but we have just tried to enter the promotional codes to purchase them and it says that our codes have expired!!!:scared1:

Our photos should not be deleted until tuesday, so we will be calling as soon as we can tomorrow. We have also reviewed all of the paperwork and there is no mention of expirey dates for the codes.

Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved?

Wish us luck, will let you know what happens. Thanks for any help you can offer.

When did you pre-order them? Some months back the pre-ordering benefit became "unavailable" to the public via the website without a personal pin code sent to you directly. If you have already pre-paid and did so before then, you should have no problem getting your pics, but I suspect that this could be causing your online problem and you probably need to ring the with the details for them to sort it for you. Let us know how you get on.

I had this problem in the summer of last year. Took a few emails but photopass reset the pre-paid code :thumbsup2

Suspect I will have the same again since I managed to pre-order before Disney made it by invitation only :)

We've just had this problem, so we e-mailed them and within 48 hrs we had an e-mail back with new codes.

Good luck! :goodvibes

Hi All

Many thanks for your replies. I managed to call the Photopass number yesterday afternoon and they reset both codes without fuss. I was told the codes now have a 60 to 90 day expiry date! Thankfully though, both the CD and book are now ordered! YAY! :cool1:

Glad you got it sorted :thumbsup2,i know a few people on here had the same problem.
(off topic-but what did you make of POP,we're staying there for the first time next year).x.

Snowy-girls, we really liked POP. It was our first time and found it to be great, DS loved it! We were placed in the 50's building, ground floor facing the bowling pin pool and it was really quiet. Buses were great, the longest wait was coming back from the parks (DHS i think) and that was only 30 mins at the most.

Hope you enjoy! If you would like any other info please ask!
