With the information posted here ( Thank You ) I preordered my photopass. I am now having trouble ordering the CD, I am putting the password that they sent me in and it keeps rejecting it. Is there a telephone number that I can call?
Try the "Contact Us" option on the PhotoPass website first and let them know about your problem. It might take them a couple of days to get back to you though.
If you would prefer to call, the number I have is (407) 560 6068. You may get their voicemail, but if you leave a message, they'll get back to you.
I've used both options in the past when I needed to extend the expiry date for my photos, and then when my code didn't work and was pleased with the service I received both times.
