photopass dvd

Hello everyone. Just wondering if anyone has ordered the photopass dvd movie? If so, do you think it was worth it? Thanks so much!

I don't kow if they have changed them we ordered one 3 years ago its fun to watch but nothing amazing... it reminds me of my screen saver slideshow It has Disney-sounding music in teh background and the pictures show up and fade away in different ways (like they break up or swirl etc) my kids love watching it and all and I had a good discount back when I ordered it but I don't plan to buy another

We ordered one about 2 years ago and i was fusturated that it only took a designed nuber of pictures for each segment / park.

I like the book MUCH better but my kids love the movie.

Both of my children love to watch the picture dvds that we make every year. We always do a year in review family dvd. So when we saw that photopass did a dvd we thought the kids would love it and they do! I am personally frustrated over the limited number of pics you can use and we also had 3 segments for MK and it repeated the same video for the pics. But to be very honest my kids love to watch it(that makes it worth it) and so do we. I think it is great way to tie in your favorite pics and beable to sit down and enjoy your trip over and over again. And their is just something amazing about the Walt Disney World music that they use for the DVD. It just brings you right back to the parks and that makes me happy! Sorry for rambling.

Try looking into "Computer Burning Software"

Many of the programs let you make Slide shows from you
own digital photos and your PhotoPass CD.

I am using "Nero 8"(just upgraded from Ver 7), it allows the
me to combine Video and stills into 1 DVD, can add my own
music from CD's, I Tunes etc.

Haven't finished new project but looking forward to how it will
be improved from my last attempt using Version 7.

Also Sony Vegas Studios is a decent program. Both run less
than $100 and on sale for as low as $50. Good investment
compared to 1 limited DVD with limited footage and pics.

Think about it.

We got one last year. A little pricey for what it actually is but well worth it for a memento of our first trip. We have played it several times for visiting friends and family. A nice conversation thing when discussing vacations.
