Photopass download problems?

Has anyone had trouble downloading their photos recently? We returned on 7/18 and were lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the change in the program to download all our photos for one price. We had concentrated our picture taking to two days because I didn't want to pay the single day price too many times, so it was exciting they changed it. I purchased, but have never been able to get it download the entire gallery. I have tried checking each and every picture individually and tried the 'select all available media' option. The same 8 photos download each time. I submitted a request for help and they were supposed to get back to me and now I am realizing that the first days of our trip have expired. I am so disappointed and frustrated. We have purchased the photopass + option every trip it was available and I am fairly tech savvy so should be able to make this work. I have tried different browsers and different computers. Any suggestions? I don't want to lose the rest. I lost the best ones already

edited: I just got off the phone with tech support....they restored my lost photos and could download them on their end, but no matter what we tried, the same 8 photos were the only ones that would download on my end. He is burning me a CD and mailing it. So happy!!!!
